Girls won't be able to win the battle for girls' education by themselves
Project G-ilmi
Write your awesome label here.
Women as a group in Nigeria, suffer series of deprivation, discrimination and degrading practices in their private and public life. They are victims and survivors of different forms and expressions of injustices and are grossly underrepresented in decision making structures. Their capacity to access and own primary resources is limited by unequal opportunities in education, employment and violence leading to poor self-esteem.
G-ilmi was developed in partnership with the Malala Fund to facilitate and enable girls to continue learning during and post COVID-19 Pandemic. The focus is for marginalized girls to be able to access learning and self-development materials, life skills and basic MHPSS services remotely using simple user-affordable IT facilities, devices and instructions. G-ilmi is used to overcome physical and language learning barriers for girls of all social classes.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We work on a small number of big bets that strive toward transformative change in areas of profound concern, including the existential threats of climate change and nuclear risk, the challenges in the U.S. of criminal justice reform and in Nigeria of more effective and legitimate government services, and bringing more financial capital to the social sector.
